What a celebration! This lovely couple were so fun to work with. Kerri and Jason got married at Mountain Chapel United Methodist and had the reception at "IZ, the Place." A sweet couple with sweet family. Here are some I have picked out of the tons we took on their day. Congrats to you guys!

On a sadder note, the groom's best friend was killed in Afghanistan a few days before the wedding. I just want to send a prayer out to all our men and women who are serving our country. God be with you all and your families and thank you.

Is your child America’s Cutest Kid?

I am participating in the National Charity Model Search to select “America’s Cutest Kid” and to raise funds for charity.

We’re looking for cute children ages 18 months to 14 years old to model for a portrait to be entered into the contest.

Models Search Special:
$75 entrance fee, which includes a 30 minute model session and one image submitted to the national gallery.

Finalists will be determined by online votes. Anyone may vote. Each vote is $1, and all proceeds from votes benefit the non-profit Now I Lay Me Down To Sleep.
Grand prize national winner will be determined from the 50 city finalists. Winners selected by photography and modeling industry experts.

If your child is selected the national winner, you’ll receive many prizes, including a $5,000 US Savings Bond and a Canon PowerShot G10 digital camera.

Erin and Stephen

All I have to say is WAR EAGLE! This is a couple after my own heart. (no offense to my Bama fan clients...) But, being raised in Auburn and going to college there, I have quite a connection to the "Loveliest Village on the Plains." Erin and Stephen braved the "brisk" (understatement) December weather for photo ops all around Auburn. We even hung out with President Gogue. (well, not exactly "hung out" but we did exchange pleasantries...) I had so much fun with these guys, even if it was a bit on the chilly side. Erin, you are such a trooper!!! Hope you guys had a great honeymoon. It was hard for me to narrow down my favs...

Catching up

Well, the holidays are officially over now. I can finally catch my breath! I have obviously slacked in the blogging arena, so here is a sampling of some the my most recent sessions.
