Ok, had to post a few more...

A "Memorial" Wedding

How fitting is it that on Memorial Day weekend, a United States Air Force Captain and his beautiful bride-to-be exchange vows!? I had the honor of photographing their special day, complete with a gorgeous mountain top ceremony! So pretty and peaceful up there. Here is a sneak peak at some of my favs from that day. Congrats Stacy and Jeff! Have fun in Jamaica!!

Gardens Shoot

Well, it's that time of year for sure! Garden and outdoor shoots are in full swing. I think there were more photographers at the Botanicals than regular visitors! Here are some shots from Lisa A. and her boys. Aren't they handsome?! I had a great time! Thanks guys!

A cause close to my heart!

I wanted to let everyone know that on April 5th in Trussville, that the first annual Casey's Cause race will be held. There is a 5K as well as a 1 mile "fun run." The boys and I will be participating in the fun run, double stroller and all!

Casey’s Cause was incorporated in March 2007 by a group of family and friends of Casey Marie Grant, a seven-year old girl who was diagnosed with Immune Thrombocytopenic Purpura (ITP), a rare blood platelet disorder. Nine days after being diagnosed, Casey passed away on January 25, 2007 from a massive hemorrhage. For more information, please see the website: http://caseyscause.org

Yay for me!!

I got an exciting phone call this morning! It was from "Parenting" magazine informing me that I have won their annual photo contest! I entered some pics of the boys and one of Trevor won the grand prize for his age group. There are three categories: babies, toddlers and pre-school. His picture will be in the August issue and I will get a free point-and-shoot digital camera! The magazine is even going to call and "interview" me for a blurb about the pic. hee hee. I have attached the winning photo. Yay!!

Welcome to our newest family member!!

Here is the latest addition to the Warren house, Charlie. He is a rescue from the Pell City Animal Shelter. He is such a great dog and the boys absolutely LOVE him.

Hike at Oak Mountain

Thought I would share some pics from our family trip to Oak Mountain State Park. It is the first time we have taken the boys. We all had a great time. I am sure we will be back real soon!
